Annual Perth Amboy Epiphany Celebration – Sunday, January 7, 2024
We are most blessed as our new Chief Shepherd, His Eminence Metropolitan Apostolos of New Jersey will visit our beloved Community on Sunday, January 7, 2024, in order to celebrate the Hierarchical Divine Liturgy, Blessing of the Waters and the Dive for the Cross. In addition, we have invited youth from the area parishes of our region to participate as well. Please mark this date on your calendars and plan to be there to celebrate this beautiful event, together as one family, and welcome our new Metropolitan and the parishioners/youth from the area parishes.

Philoptochos Recognition Sunday, November 5, 2023
On Sunday, November 5, 2023, the St. Demetrios Community recognized and honored the esteemed members of the parish Philoptochos Society for their selfless and most dedicated philanthropic service to our Church, our community and to the needy. In addition Fr. Philotheos offered a Memorial Service for all of the deceased members of the Philoptochos in remembrance of their many tremendous contributions to our parish.
